Spicy Faux-Gurt Recipe

Spicy “Faux-gurt” Dip
Serves approximately 9
Serving Size 2 tsp each
  • ½ tsp Fennel seeds
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • ½ cup 1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese (blended to remove lumps)
  • 1 pinch pink salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  1. Heat small nonstick pan over medium heat
  2. Add fennel and cumin; cook stir frequently for 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  3. Grint toasted seeds in blender or with food processor (grinder works as well)
  4. Combine yogurt, toasted seeds, salt and pepper in a small bowl; mix well.
  5. Refrigerate and cover for at least 30 minutes before eating.
